From artisan pasta and modern British dining to small-batch butchery, we’re building something special—ambitious, independent, and full of personality.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>We’re hiring: Chef de Partie at Solina Pasta</strong></p><p><br /></p><p>We’re looking for a solid CDP who’s as happy on the line as they are on prep for our pasta-focused restaurant, Solina Pasta, based in Bath, Somerset. Solina is a thriving pasta operation in Bath city centre, with fresh pasta made every day on-site.</p><p><br /></p><p>The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in kitchens - but not necessarily in pasta. We&#39;re after someone who is used to working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen - and can enthusiastically work with a team of passionate pasta lovers. We&#39;re looking for someone who can match our pride for pasta, and can bring recipe ideas in spades.</p><p><br /></p><p>Walcot Group is a family of restaurants — Walcot House, Solina, Mother &amp; Wild, Little Walcot and more.
