The Role: What does a Green Street Sandwich Server do?

You will support the management team in delivering outstanding hot food, coffee, and retail operations across the shop. This will include....

Cooking & Food Preparation

Preparing and roasting meats to Green Street standards for breakfast and lunch service

Supporting light butchery tasks when required

Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation across all food items

Assisting with sandwich preparation and hot food service

Customer Experience & Service

Brand Ambassador

Acting as a brand ambassador for Green Street in every customer interaction

Running the hot food section with confidence and efficiency

Preparing high-quality coffee and delivering excellent service standards

Processing customer orders accurately and managing expectations around wait times

Handling customer feedback professionally and positively

Operational Standards

Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient working environment

Following food safety, hygiene, and compliance procedures at all times

Completing dishwasher rotation and deep-clean schedules

Supporting a positive and collaborative team culture
