Solina serves delicious, quick and affordable handmade pasta. Our menu champions Italian flavour combinations and quality British produce. Guests can expect daily hand made fresh comforting dishes including ragùs, ravioli and cacio e pepe, all served with warm and genuine hospitality.

The Role

We’re looking for people who love looking after people. Simple as that.

As part of our front of house team, you’ll bring the Solina experience to life. You’ll welcome guests, help them explore the menu and keep service moving from the first hello to the last Tiramisu cleared.

We’re not about silver service or over rehearsed scripts. Just honest, confident and friendly hospitality that makes people feel at home.

What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into

Giving every guest a warm and genuine welcome
Taking orders accurately and keeping service running smoothly
Learning our food and drinks menus so you can make confident recommendations
Sharing the story behind our handmade pasta and brilliant British ingredients
Making sure guests feel valued and looked after throughout their visit
Keeping tables and front of house areas clean, organised and ready
Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team
Spotting the little things that can turn a good visit into a great one
Staying calm and positive when the restaurant gets busy
Following all food safety, allergen and licensing procedures

What You’ll Bring

A warm, confident and approachable personality
A genuine way with people and a love of great hospitality

Good communication and customer service skills
A calm head when service gets lively
An eye for the details that keep guests smiling
The ability to work well as part of a fast moving team
Experience in hospitality is helpful, but personality and attitude matter most
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy trading periods
Ideally, a soft spot for pasta
