Walcot Group is a family of restaurants — Walcot House, Solina, Mother & Wild, Little Walcot and more. Each with its own flavour, all with the same goal: great food, great drink, great hospitality.

You might be weaving through a busy dining room with plates of artisan pasta, coordinating at the pass with our chefs, or making sure a Sunday roast lands on a table piping hot. You are the vital link between our kitchens and our guests. Whatever the day looks like, you’ll be part of a fast-paced team that knows how to keep the energy high and make guests feel welcome and at home.

Hospitality experience (or just fast feet and the right attitude — we can teach the rest)
High energy, a friendly face, and a genuine way with people
Calm under pressure, a strong sense of urgency, and an eye for the little details
