We’re hiring: Restaurant Manager

Walcot Group is a family of restaurants — Walcot House, Solina, Mother & Wild, Little Walcot and more. Each with its own flavour, all with the same goal: great food, great drink, great hospitality.

You might be serving flat whites in the morning, pouring wine for a long lunch, or carrying a round of pints to a garden table in the sun. Whatever the day looks like, you’ll be part of a team that knows how to make guests feel welcome and at home.


What we’re after:

  • Manage and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts.
  • Lead by example with a great work ethic & presence.
  • More than just a friendly face you'll create a real Walcot Group welcome for our customers and have a genuine way with people - a true Ambassador for the site.
  • You'll have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all restaurant areas are spotless, organized, and operating beautifully.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and working with senior management to implement change where necessary.
  • Taking a lead in hiring, training, and evaluating restaurant staff - you'll be focussed on team development and planning.
  • Calm under pressure, with an eye for the little details.
