Night Cleaner

Role: Early Morning Kitchen Cleaner , Walcot House

Reporting to: GM & HC, Walcot House

Role Overview:

Cleaning duties, predominantly main Kitchen to ensure it is prepared and ready for the business day. This will include both general and deep cleaning duties on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance: General & deep clean of the Kitchen as instructed by Head Chef / GM.
• Operations: Working independently, and directed by GM & HC requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work alone, high attention to detail and experience of a commercial kitchen preferred
• The role is physically demanding including lifting heavy objects
• An understanding of working in a kitchen environment i.e. Health & Safety Process’s, Allergen Management and COSHH

Working Conditions & Pay

• Hours: 3am - 7am (ideally Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday - must include weekend) - 16 hours a week.
• Salary: Min wage plus TRONC
