The role: Housekeeping Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Assistant at Walcot House, part of The Walcot Group. This is shift based role with early starts before opening and as the business grows across evenings and weekends. This could be a part time or full time.

About the Role

• The role of a Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for ensuring our site clean and maintained to a very high standard creating an immaculate first impression.

• You will play a key role in creating a home from home experience

• Attention to detail is key – you will have an eye for perfection in making sure the public areas are immaculate.

• You will be an expert in your field and a team player and support the wider team where needed.

About you

• To be considered for the role, you will have some housekeeping or cleaning experience and feel comfortable working both alone and as part of a team in a fast-paced, busy environment.

• You’ll take pride in delivering consistently high standards.

• You’ll have a friendly, welcoming and helpful manner as our teams work together to ensure our guests are happy.

• You will be enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities. Adopt a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the House as business and guest needs dictate.
