We’re hiring: Chef de Partie at Solina Pasta
We’re looking for a solid CDP who’s as happy on the line as they are on prep for our pasta-focused restaurant, Solina Pasta, based in Bath, Somerset. Solina is a thriving pasta operation in Bath city centre, with fresh pasta made every day on-site.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in kitchens - but not necessarily in pasta. We're after someone who is used to working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen - and can enthusiastically work with a team of passionate pasta lovers. We're looking for someone who can match our pride for pasta, and can bring recipe ideas in spades.
Walcot Group is a family of restaurants — Walcot House, Solina, Mother & Wild, Little Walcot and more. Each with its own flavour, all with the same goal: great food, great drink, great hospitality.
What we’re after:
- Solid experience as a CDP in a busy kitchen
- Calm under pressure, and happy to muck in
- A good eye for detail (but not a perfectionist to the point of madness)
