We’re hiring: A Waiter/Waitress


We’re after people who love looking after people. Simple as that. The Walcot Group is a family of restaurants — with Solina its newest member. Serving delicious, quick, and affordable handmade pasta. Solina is a busy, vibrant place to be. The menu champions Italian flavour combinations and British produce, with meat supplied by the Walcot Group’s own butcher’s shop.

As one of our Front of House Team, you'll be all about delivering excellent service and the Solina experience. A positive attitude is essential. As one of the Solina Team you will be well presented, confident and adaptable to ensure each of our customers feels valued and looked after in the Walcot Group Way.


What we’re after:

  • A confident, efficient and ideally experienced FOH candidate
  • More than just a friendly face you'll create a real Solina welcome for our customer and have a genuine way with people.
  • Solid customer service experience
  • Solina is a very busy restaurant - You will need to be naturally very calm under pressure, with an eye for the little details that keep our customers smiling
  • A true team player - Solina delivers such excellent service at such a high pace by working together.
